针对目前我国高校数字化校园建设存在的统筹规划力度不够、组织不力、信息缺乏有效共享等主要问题，总结了各高校根据各自的实际情况所提出的适应其数字化建设的建议和方法；从个人服务、教学、办公方面给出了高校数字化校园的建设目标，具体步骤为加强校园基础设施建设，组织具有较高素质的工作队伍，建立CIO机制，规避风险，分步实施，加大宣传和协调力度等，为高校发展指出了新的方向。
英文摘要：
Aiming at the existing problems in our country＇s digital campus construction such as little global planning, poor organization, lack of effective information sharing and other major issues, the suggestions and methods proposed by colleges according to their real situations are summarized. The goal in digital campus construction is given from aspects of personal service, teaching and office work. The specific steps include strengthening the construction of campus infrastructure, organizing the higher quality of the work team, establishing the CIO mechanism, avoiding risk, implementing step by step, increasing the dynamics of propaganda and coordination and so on. The new direction for college development is put forward in this paper.
