采用小白鼠生物测试法对2007年5月至2008年12月间大连长海县海域内的主要经济贝类的麻痹性贝毒(PSP)污染情况进行监测。分析结果表明,不同种类的贝类PSP含量依次是:虾夷扇贝〉紫石房蛤〉海螺〉鲍鱼;虾夷扇贝的PSP污染最为严重,且污染程度存在季节差异,夏春两季高,秋冬两季低。
The pollution of paralytic shellfish poison (PSP) was investigated in economic shellfish samples collected from May 2007 to December 2008 in the Changhai’s sea area by the mouse bioassay method. The result showed that the concentrations of PSP throughout the shellfishes were as follow:Patinopecten yessoensisSaxidomus purpuratusNeptunea cumingiAbalone.Patinopecten yessoensis was the main contaminated species in Changhai’s sea area. It’s PSP content was changed with the seasons, which is higher in spring and summer, while louer in fall and winter.
