以旋转微缝隙内的工作油流场为研究对象,理论分析了工作油的流动特性,并运用ANSYS FLUENT软件进行三维数值模拟,得到了流场内压力分布、速度分布、温度分布及剪应力分布图,模拟结果对液黏调速离合器的运行及结构优化设计具有一定的指导作用。
The flow field of working oil in minor rotary gaps served as the study object,the flowing features of the working oil was analyzed,and 3D numerical simulation was carried out by ANSYS FIUENT.The pressure distribution,velocity distribution,temperature distribution and shear stress distribution in the flow field were obtained.The simulation results possessed some guidance for the operation and structural optimization design of the hydroviscous variable speed clutch.
