以带式输送机的调速启动为研究对象,把仿人智能控制与PID相结合,应用于液体粘性软启动控制器,运用MATLAB软件对带式输送机软启动进行仿真。仿真结果表明仿人智能PID控制效果优于常规PID。
Taking the variable speed start of belt conveyer as study object,this paper combines the human-simulating intelligent control with the PID to apply to hydro-viscosity soft startup device,and performs simulation to the soft startup of the belt conveyer by using MATLAB software. The simulation results show that the control effect of the human-simulating intelligent PID is better than that of the common PID.
