液黏传动是利用油膜的剪切力传递动力的一种新型传动方式,动压承载力对于油膜形成具有重要意义。利用流体动力润滑理论,对油膜动压承载力进行求解,得到承载力与油膜厚度以及摩擦片沟槽形状的变化曲线。并利用液黏传动实验台对油膜压力场进行分析,验证了理论分析的正确性。
Hydro-viscous drive is a new type driving method which transmits power by oil film shear force. Dynamic pressure bearing capacity is important to form oil film. Based on hydrodynamic lubrication theory, oil film dynamic pressure bearing capacity is solved. Change curve of bearing capacity and oil film thickness .groove shape of friction disc is presented. The theory analysis is verified by oil film pressure field test of hydro-viscous drive experimental table.
