为了剖析低碳电力调度给传统经济调度带来的低碳效益,提出了采用互补约束模型来精确描述抽水蓄能的工况关系,建立了低碳电力下含抽水蓄能电站的多目标机组组合优化调度模型;再分别利用模糊集理论的隶属度函数和采用线性化方法对模型进行处理。仿真结果表明,模型在兼顾节能减排的同时,通过充分利用抽水蓄能的削峰填谷作用和合理安排火电机组组合,改善了火电机组的运行条件,平滑了火电出力曲线,实现了电力系统的经济、低碳运行。
In order to analyze low-carbon electricity dispatched to the traditional economic dispatch about low-carbon benefits, this paper proposes a model using complementary constraint to accurately describe the relationship pumped storage conditions, and establishs including pumped storage and unit commitment multi-objective optimization model under the low-carbon electricity. Using of the fuzzy theory membership function and using of linearization method to handle this model. Simulation analysis show that considering energy saving and emission reduction, this model can full use the load shifting role of pumped storage and reasonable arrangements for thermal power combination, improve ther- mal power operating conditions, smooth the thermal power output curve, and achieve the power system economy and low carbon operation.
