城市绿地评价不仅需要绿地率、绿化覆盖率、人均公园绿地面积等平面指标,更需要引入与绿地结构和功能密切相关的三维评价指标。结合前人研究成果和武汉市城市三维绿量研究案例,从理论上探讨了绿容积率(GVR)在城市三维绿量研究和城市绿地评价中的地位和作用,构建了绿容积率的概念体系,提出了城市绿容积率的计算方法和确定路径,以期使城市绿容积率成为城市绿地评价和绿地系统规划、建设的重要指标。
The assessment of urban green spaces needs not only the three-dimensional indexes such as greening rate(GR), green coverage rate(GCR) and the urban park area per capita but also the three-dimensional indexes which are closely related to the structures and functions of the green spaces. In this paper, the authors discussed the role and function of green volume ratio(GVR) in the researches of three-dimensional green volume and assessment in urban green spaces, set up a framework of the conception system of GVR and proposed a method to calculate the GVR based on summarizing the previous researches and the results of a case study in Wuhan city. The aim of this paper is to take GVR as a critical index in assessment, planning and construction of urban green spaces in the future.
