探索压力辅助热杀菌对包装材料性能的影响,分析聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯-聚乙烯(polyethylene terephthalate-polyethylene,PET-PE)复合材料的拉伸性能、阻隔性能。结果发现,PET-PE复合材料在450 MPa、40℃和50℃处理后,材料的相关性能参数较其他条件处理后的材料出现了明显的下降,且40℃时下降最为明显。
This paper investigated the changes in some properties of composite packaging materials containing polyethylene terephthalate-poly propylene(PET-PE) including tensile properties and barrier properties, such as tensile strength, elongation at break, and water vapor and air barrier properties after pressure-assisted thermal sterilization. Through data analysis, we found that the properties of PET-PE composite packaging materials were decreased significantly by treatment with 450 MPa at 40 or 50 ℃ as compared with those under other conditions, especially at 40 ℃.
