This paper introduced the concept of health management, the service processes and the health management plan of United States. With the clarification of the development status of China＇s health management and the analysis of its demand, the paper pointed out the development of health management based on three platforms： strengthening community health services and achieving community health services and mutual promotion of health management： the development of health management relying on hospital; third party health management companies, the social medical insurance institution, cooperation mechanism of health insurance companies to achieve a win-win situation. It is necessary to promote the adoption of health management, achieve the balance between Doctor-Patient＇s asymmetric information, and to promote a harmomous relationship between doctors and patients.
