我国的社区卫生服务机构承担着提供基本预防保健服务的任务,其中很多内容与健康管理相联系,而健康管理由于其长期性、连续性等特点也需要以社区卫生服务机构为平台。2009年新医改方案对我国社区卫生服务机构的主要职能和任务、经费保障、人才培养、信息系统建设以及运行机制等方面有很多新的规划和建议,本文分别从以上几方面分析和讨论其对社区卫生服务机构提高健康管理潜能的重要影响。

The community health services in China provide primary preventive health services.Many of them are connected with health management.Because of long-term and continuous characteristics,health management needs to be based on community health service institutions.New medical reform program announced in 2009 made some new adjustments and proposals on the main functions and missions,security of fund,cultivation of human resources,establishment of information system,operational mechanism,etc.of the community health service institutions in China.This article analyzes and discusses the important influences of the above mentioned aspects on enhancing the potential of community health service institutions.
