根据Al^3+或Fe^3+与F^-能形成稳定的络合离子[A1F6]^3-或[FeF6]^3-,分别用HCl-AlCl3和HCl—FeCl3溶液络合浸出包头混合稀土精矿中的氟碳铈矿,并对两者进行了对比。结果表明,用HCl-AlCl3体系的精矿浸出率和稀土浸出率比用HCl-FeCl3体系的都高30%;在HCl浓度4.0mol·L^-1,Al^3+浓度2.0mol·L^-1,温度85℃,浸出时间120min,液固比为30:1的条件下,稀土精矿中氟碳铈矿的浸出率达到了97.69%,氟碳铈矿中稀土浸出率达到了92.23%,进而使稀土精矿中的氟碳铈矿基本完全进入溶液中,达到与独居石分离的目的。
According to the formation of stable coordi- nation ions [ AlF6 ] 3 - and[ FeF6 ] 3-, HCl-AlCl3 or HCl-FeCl3 was used as an coordination agent to leach the bastnaesite of Baotou mixed rare earth concen- trate, and the both results were contrasted. The exper- imental results showed that the leaching ratio of rare earth concentrate and the rare earth by HCl-AlCl3 was higher 30% than by HCl-FeCl3. When the HCl concentration was 4 mol · L^-1, Al3+ concentration was 2.0 mol· L^-1, temperature was 85 ℃, stirring time was 120 min and liquid to solid was 30: 1, the bastnaesite leaching ratio of rare earth concentrate reached to 97.69% and the rare earth leaching ratio of bastnaes- ire reached to 92.23%, and under this condition, the bastnaesite in the solution was separated from mona- zite.
