通过对分馏萃取理论和选矿工艺的研究,创造性地将分馏萃取理论引入到选矿工艺中,衍生得到新的理论——分馏选矿理论.在该理论指导下,以REO的质量分数为7.02%的白云鄂博尾矿为原料,经混合浮选和泡沫分离后,得到REO的质量分数为18.80%的稀土粗精矿,再以该稀土粗精矿为原料,精选高品位稀土精矿,得到稀土精矿品位REO≥65%,作业回收率≥85%,与现有工艺生产稀土精矿品位REO50%,回收率60%的工艺技术比较,技术指标显著提高.表明在选矿工艺中运用分馏选矿理论,可同时得到高品位和高回收率,该理论对选矿技术的发展具有一定的指导意义.
Based on the analysis of the theories of fractional extraction and mineral processing, the formal theory was introduced into the operation of mineral processing in a creative way, and a new theory of fractional mineral processing was obtained. Under the guidance of this theory, Baiyunebo' s mine tailing with 7.02% rare earth (REO) was chosen as the raw material. The crude concentrate with 18.80% REO was obtained after the blended flotation and foam separation. Then, from the crude concentrate of rare earth, the flotation process was used to select high-grade rare earth concentrate whose REO content is greater than or equal to 65%, and the recovery ratio of this method is not smaller than 85%. Compared to the existing process ( REO 50%, recovery ration 60% ) , the technical indicators of our approach have been improved significantly. The conclusion is drawn that using fractional mineral processing in the operation of mineral processing can achieve both high grade and high recovery ratio. And this new theory is of importance in guiding the development of mineral processing technology.
