英文摘要：

As a common researching focus in organizational learning and technology innovation, exploitation is explained as exploitative learning and incremental innovation respectively, while exploration as explorative learning and radical innovation. Complicated perspectives between the conceptions in the existing literature are confusing. Trying to clear it up, the paper focuses mainly on the relationship between the two types of learning and the two types of innovation to integrate all the perspectives. Finally three important perspectives are found out： correspondent, integration, and process-outcomes. And some fields of future research are proposed.
