“利用”与“探索”这一对概念成为组织学习与技术创新领域研究的共同焦点。分别解释为利用式一探索式学习与渐进性一突破性创新。这其中出现了许多混淆与重叠,主要表现为两类学习与两类创新之间关系视角的混乱。通过对相关领域国内外主要文献全面、系统地归纳,最终厘清了“利用”与“探索”在这两个领域中的三种关系视角:对应、融合和过程一结果。在此基础上对未来研究进行了展望。
As a common researching focus in organizational learning and technology innovation, exploitation is explained as exploitative learning and incremental innovation respectively, while exploration as explorative learning and radical innovation. Complicated perspectives between the conceptions in the existing literature are confusing. Trying to clear it up, the paper focuses mainly on the relationship between the two types of learning and the two types of innovation to integrate all the perspectives. Finally three important perspectives are found out: correspondent, integration, and process-outcomes. And some fields of future research are proposed.
