目前我国的管理学研究深受西方管理研究的影响,变成了以西方旨趣和需求为导向的管理研究,这既不是我们的比较优势,也不符合我们的学术使命。改革开放30多年来,中国企业在经营和管理实践中所取得的巨大成就为管理学的研究提供了无限的机会。当前,关于如何探索基于中国的文化智慧来理解当代中国的管理实践,进而发展中国本土管理的新概念和新理论已经成为许多海内外华人学者热衷的研究课题。华为、乐高等优秀企业应用阴阳思维不断进行创新,取得了商业的成功。国内外本土管理研究学者应凝聚中华文化的精华,把中华智慧归纳起来,发展成为有系统的理论架构。中华智慧可补充西方理论的不足,进而将管理之道提升至一个更高的层次。
Our current management research is voluntarily kidnapped by US-style research and in- stitutions. It caters to US taste and demand. This is not our comparative advantage and is inconsistent with our academic mission. For over 30 years of reform and opening up, the remarkable achievements of Chinese enterprises in operation and management practice provide unlimited opportunities for man- agement research. It is recommended to build indigenous theories rooting from Chinese culture. Ex- plore and develop new concepts and theories of Chinese indigenous management is a challenging pro- ject faced by domestic and aboard Chinese scholars. Huawei and Lego corporations have achieved com- mercial success through applying Yin-Yang balancing thinking. Chinese indigenous research scholars at domestic and aboard should condense the essence of the Chinese culture and wisdom to develop a systematic framework. Chinese wisdom can supplement Western theories, and thus enhance the way of management to a higher level.
