在现代社会,企业在积极适应环境的同时还通过非市场战略主动影响、改变和塑造外部环境,从而更好地为利益相关者群体创造价值。企业非市场战略与市场战略的整合研究是国内外学者关注的新热点,然而企业战略整合对组织绩效影响机制的实证研究则明显不足。基于167份中国本土企业的有效问卷,利用结构方程模型进行因果关系检验,研究发现企业战略整合显著影响组织绩效,企业适应能力和经营合法性显著影响组织绩效,企业适应能力和经营合法性在战略整合与组织绩效之间起中介作用。
In modem society, firms positively affect or shape external environment to create value for the stakeholders through non-mar- ket strategy, rather than adapt to it passively. Integrated strategy is a new research field for domestic and foreign scholars. However, the empirical research of corporate's market and non-market strategy integration impact on organizational performance is clearly insuffi- cient. It makes use of structure equation model to make causality test based on 167 Chinese firms' questionnaires. The findings suggest that integrated strategy has positive effect on organizational performance directly. It also has positive effect on organizational performance indirectly through legitimacy and adaptive capacity. What's more, the intensity of indirect effects far greater than it of direct effects. In addition, corporate legitimacy and adaptive capacity play medium roles between integrated strategy and organizational performance.
