针对船舶永磁同步电机(PMSM)直接转矩控制(DTC)系统转矩和磁链脉动大、逆变器开关频率不恒定及抗干扰性差等问题,提出基于空间矢量调制(SVM)和自抗扰控制器(ADRC)的直接转矩控制策略。分析SVM的实现过程,通过合成参考电压矢量来补偿磁链和转矩偏差,固定控制周期使逆变器的开关频率保持恒定。设计基于自抗扰控制技术的速度调节器,以提高系统的鲁棒性。仿真实验表明,新的控制策略可以改善磁链和转矩稳态时的表现,保证转速的快速响应并增强系统的抗干扰性。
The marine permanent magnetic synchronous motor ( PMSM) , the direct torque control ( DTC ) system has some drawbacks, such as high ripples of torque and flux, unfixed inverter switching frequency and poor anti-interference performance. To solve these problems, an improved strategy based on space vector modulation (SVM) and active disturbance rejection control-ler (ADRC) was proposed. The realization process of SVM was introduced, and the flux and torque error was compensated through the synthesis of the reference voltage vector, while switching frequency was constant by keeping the control cycle fixed. Aspeed regulator based on the active disturbance rejection control technique was designed to improve the robustness of the drive system. The simulation results indicated that the new control strategy can improve the static performance of torque and flux, keepthe fast speed response and enhance the anti-interference performance.
