为了准确评价常见改性剂对沥青粘弹特性的影响,采用动态剪切流变仪对90#沥青及在其基础上添加不同改性剂而制成的6种改性沥青进行了动态加载试验,从变形累积、弹性储能、粘性耗能、弹性比例、复合模量5个角度分析了改性效果,对90#沥青及2种复合改性沥青进行了应变扫描、温度扫描与时间扫描试验。结果表明:从能量角度评价沥青的粘弹特性可行、有效;芳烃油单独作用会极大地增加残余应变与耗散能;橡胶粉(或SBS)与芳烃油共同作用会大大提高弹性贮能能力;橡胶粉、SBS可大幅提高弹性比例,SBR次之;复合改性沥青具有优异的路用性能。
In order to evaluate the effects of common modifiers on viscoelastic properties of asphalt,90# asphalt and six kinds of modified asphalts made from base asphalt were tested by dynamic shear rheometer.The effects of modifiers were analyzed from different aspects,including accumulation of deformation,elastic stored energy,viscous dissipative energy,viscoelastic ratio and complex modulus.Then three kinds of tests including strain sweep,temperature sweep and time sweep were implemented on 90# asphalt and two kinds of modified asphalts.The results show that it is practicable and effective to use energy method to evaluate viscoelastic properties of asphalt;aromatic oil can increase residual strain and dissipative energy dramatically;combination of rubber powder(or SBS) and aromatic oil can increase elastic stored energy greatly;both rubber powder and SBS can increase viscoelastic ratio dramatically,followed by SBR;composite modified asphalt has an excellent performance on road engineering.
