研究了外源镉胁迫对盆栽玉米叶片DNA交联的影响.结果表明,随着镉处理浓度的增加,超甜玉米CT38叶片DNA的提取量下降,镉处理10 d后,DNA的提取量在镉处理浓度为1、100 mg/kg下与同期CK相比分别下降了8%、52%;镉胁迫降低了玉米叶片中DNA的提取量,且胁迫时间越长对植物DNA的损伤越严重;随着镉胁迫浓度的增加,玉米叶片DNA增色效应呈先上升后下降的规律;镉胁迫下玉米叶片DNA电泳条带明显向低分子量漂移,处理30、60 d时,在镉浓度5~100 mg/kg范围内,小分子DNA含量随着镉浓度的增加而增加.
Effects of exogenous cadmium on DNA cross-linking in leaves of potted corn were studied. Results showed that as the cadmium concentration increased, the extraction of DNA in leaves of super sweet corn CT38 decreased. 10 d after the treatment with cadmium, DNA extraction in the treatment of cadmium concentration in 1 and 100 mg/kg decreased 8% and 52% respectively, compared with CK in the same period. Cadmium reduced the extraction of DNA in corn leaves, and the longer the stress on DNA, the serious damage the plants suffered. With the increasing cadmium concentrations, corn DNA hyperchromic effect increased first then decreased. Electrophoresis bands of leaves DNA under cadmium stress dirfted to low-molecular-weight obviously. With the processing of 30 and 60 d, under cadmium concentrations in range of 5-100 mg/kg, DNA content of small molecule increased as the cadmium concentration increased.
