蒲公英不同萃取物对豚鼠胃窦环行肌自发性收缩活动的影响

[目的]观察蒲公英的不同萃取物对豚鼠胃窦环行肌自发性活动的影响以筛选蒲公英促进胃肠动力的有效部位。[方法]用蒲公英的不同萃取物与碳末胶液混合后给小鼠灌胃观察蒲公英不同萃取物对胃肠动力的影响;用多道生理记录仪观察蒲公英不同萃取物对豚鼠胃窦环行肌自发性收缩活动的影响。实验分6组,分别为吗丁啉组(对照组)、正丁醇组、水层组、石油醚组和乙酸乙酯组。[结果]蒲公英正丁醇萃取物的碳末胶液灌胃后在胃肠道内推行距离明显远,为(72.7±4.2)%,与对照组(57.6±4.3)%及蒲公英水溶液组(27.3±9.1)%、蒲公英石油醚组(35.4±10.3)%及蒲公英乙酸乙酯组(35.7±12.1)%相比差异具有显著性意义(P〈0.01);1 mg/mL、10 mg/mL和100 mg/mL 3个不同浓度的蒲公英正丁醇提取物对小鼠胃肠推进长度,分别为(51.7±5.3)%、(66.3±4.5)%和(85.0±5.0)%,显示随着浓度的增加其在胃肠道中推进的距离越长;蒲公英正丁醇萃取物明显增强豚鼠胃窦环行肌自发性收缩活动,与对照组及其他萃取物组相比差异具有显著性意义(P〈0.01);蒲公英正丁醇萃取物对豚鼠胃窦环行肌自发性收缩幅度随浓度的增加而增强。[结论]蒲公英正丁醇部分是促进胃肠动力的有效部位。

英文摘要:

[ Objective ] To investigate the effect of the different extractant of taraxacum on spontaneous contraction of gastric antral circular smooth muscle in guinea - pig and to sieve the effective position of dandelion in increasing sponaneous contraction of stomach. [ Methods ] Mixing the different extractant of taraxacum with carbo medicinalis gum - solution. Polygraph was introduced to record the effect of different extractant of taraxacum on spontaneous contraction after intragastric administration. Animals were divided into six groups which were control group, N - butanol extractant of taraxacum, water extractant, ligroin extractant and actidin extractant of taraxacum group. [ Results ] Propulsion distance of the mixing of n - butanol extractant(72.7± 4.2 )% of taraxacum and carbo medicinalis gum - solution was obviously longer than other extractant of taraxacum in stomach and intestine of mice. Comparing with control group (57.6 ± 4.3) %, water extractant group(27. 3 ± 9. 1 )%, petroleum benzine extractant group (35.4 ± 10. 3 )%, acetoacetate extractant group (35.7 ± 12.1 ) % , there was statistical significance signific, ance. Different concentrations of the mixing of n - butanol extractant of taraxacum and carbo medicinalis gum - solution obviously inhibited propulsion distance in a dose - dependent manner and the propulsion distance was (51.7 ±5.3)% ,(66.3 ±4.5)% and (85.0 ±5.0)% at 1 mg/mL,10 mg/mL和 100 mg/ mL respectively, N - butanol extractant of taraxacum potentiates the spontaneous contraction of gastric circular smooth muscle and exhibits concentration dependent manner. Comparing with control group and other extractant of dandelion group, it has significant difference. [ Conclusion] N - butanol extractant of taraxacum is the effective postion of promoting the dynamia of gastrointestinal tract.
