针对电气化铁道供电系统存在的电能质量问题,提出一种无辅助降压变压器的半桥型绕组补偿式有源功率变换系统(auxiliar ystep—down transformer-less half-bridge winding compensation type active powerconver ter,T-HBWAPC)。与传统有源治理方案相比,在完成同样功能的前提下,该系统无需大容量工频辅助降压变压器,且使用更少的功率开关器件,具有更高的系统集成度和更低的制造、运行成本。文章给出该系统的补偿原理和检测方法,详细分析了系统独特的电压扰动现象。为提高系统在电压扰动下的鲁棒性,采用内模控制器作为T-HBWAPC的电流控制器。最后通过仿真和实验验证了补偿系统及电压扰动分析和控制方法的正确性。
Considering the emerging power quality problems of electrified railway, this paper proposed an auxiliary step-down transformer-less half-bridge winding compensation type active power converter (T-HBWAPC). Under the premise of achieving the same function, the system does not need bulky low frequency auxiliary step-down transformer, but needs less power devices. It has the advantages of higher system integration, lower manufacturing and operating cost compared with traditional active management scheme. Besides, compensation principle and detection method of the system were discussed. Meanwhile, the unique voltage perturbation phenomenon was analyzed in detail. To enhance the system robustness, an internal model controller was used as the system current controller. Finally, the results of simulations and experiments validate the correctness of the conception.
