在对空化射流实验研究的基础上,研究了提高射流冲蚀性能的基本参数。分析这些参数得出如下结论:最佳冲蚀效果的有效靶距直径比为6,最佳冲蚀时间为3min;空化射流深度冲蚀能力平均为普通射流深度冲蚀能力的2倍,空化射流切缝直径是普通射流切缝直径的2.3倍;空化射流有利于深孔与大孔的切割,但随着围压的增大,冲蚀能力减弱。
It was summarized for the basic parameter to increase the erosion capability based on the experiments of cavitating water jet. It was indicated that the best ratio of standoff distance to diameter was 6 , and the best erosion time of cavitating nozzle was 3 minutes. The paper shows that the capability of average depth of erosion for cavitating water let is 2 times than common water jet, and the diameter of erosion is 2.3 times than common water jet . It is good for deeping and larging orifice erosion. In contrast, the erosion capability will be decreased with the increasing of ambient pressure.
