提出一种能消除元件误差的孔系组合夹具定位方案自动设计方法,设计了软硬件结合的特殊孔系组合夹具系统,该系统避免了对夹具制造精度的依赖,降低了夹具的制造精度,从而大大降低了孔系组合夹具的使用成本。首先建立理想夹具的定位方案,再通过建立数学模型求解考虑元件实际尺寸情况下的工件相对于夹具的实际位置,在Pro/E系统的开发平台上利用二次开发工具Pro/Toolkit和VC++6.0语言开发了软件原型系统。
A hole-pin modular fixture automatic designing method which can eliminate the component inaccuracy of the fixture is proposed in this paper, and a hole-pin modular fixture system combining software and hardware is designed. The dependence of the fixture manufacturing accuracy is avoided by this system, which can reduce the fixture manufacturing accuracy, then enormously reduce the cost of the hole-pin modular fixture. First, an ideal fixture locating plan is created using the theoretical size. Then the true position of the work-piece relative to the fixture considering the actual size of components is solved with the establishment of a mathematical model. Finally, a software prototype system is developed based on the secondary developing tools Pro/Toolkit and language VC++6.0 on the Pro/E developing platform.
