本文就手性污染物在生命过程中对映体的差异作了简要评述,分析了手性污染物对映体的毒性差异及机理,同时指出了手性污染物今后研究的发展趋势。
The significance of molecular chirality is widely recognized in life sciences. Because of the enantioselectivity in biological process, chiral pollutants have become more and more important. In this paper, the enantioselective of chiral pollutants in life, which have been reported in literatures were reviewed, and analyzed the enantiomer toxicity difference and principle. The development of chiral pollutants for the future studies was suggested.
