应用手性Chiralpak OJ—H柱对除草剂敌草胺进行分离,对其两个对映体用圆色光谱进行了表征。在此基础之上,应用荧光检测器建立了测定水体中微量敌草胺对映体的测定方法。该方法外消旋体线性范围为10~100ng·mL^-1;外消旋体最低检测限为8ng·mL^-1,对映体纯的检测限为4ng·mL^-1。该方法对于测定环境水体中敌草胺的手性选择性累积具有现实意义。
The enantiomers of napropamide were separated by normal phase HPLC (HPLC: high performance liqaid Chroatography)with Chiralpak OJ-H column and charactered by circular dichroism. On this basis, a method for the chiral separation and micro-determination of napropamide in water was established. The linearity of calibration curve for racemic mixture was 10-100 ng · mL^-1 and the correlation coefficient was 0. 99. When 10μL was injected, the detection limit of racemic mixture was 8 ng · mL^- 1, and the detection limits of both enantiomers were 4 ng · mL^-1.
