小型农机对实现我国农业装备的现代化具有重要意义,小型农机的快速响应设计可满足日益分化的市场需求。为有效提高快速响应设计的效率,提出了基于本体论的小型农机快速响应设计方法,包含了基于本体论的农机功能设计的建模方法,对农机设计中的知识进行了符号化表达,提出了从需求到功能到技术原理再到元件结构的四层设计知识的映射,提高了设计领域中的知识利用率,缩短了开发设计的周期。为验证本文所述理论和方法的有效性,详述了一种适合在山地作业的大葱培土机的快速响应设计的过程。
Small agriculture machine is important to national agricuhure modernization, the rapid response design can meet increasingly divided market needs. The proposed method aims at improving efficiency of rapid design including modeling method for function design in small agriculture machine, symbolic representation for deign information and knowledge, provides with a four-layer mapping from market need to function , structure and tools. The proposed method can improve efficiency of usage of knowledge in design domain and cut short the period of new product development. Utilizing rapid response design process for a new kind of moulding machine for green Chinese onion to verify its practical value.
