为了使产品的功能可以及时地满足客户的动态需求,利用可拓理论中的物元的可拓性构造功能物元系统,提出基于可拓理论的需求-功能映射过程方法;该方法把产品、功能特征及其描述统一在功能物元系统图中考虑,按照功能物元系统中上下位功能特征的蕴含关系,结合功能本体知识,可准确地归纳总结出产品的总功能描述;并可利用功能物元变换对上下位功能特征进行"修正",可较方便地实现产品的功能特征能切实及时地反映用户的真实需求和动态进化的本质要求。
In order to meet the dynamic needs of customers for product function in a timely manner,the functional matter-element system was constructed by using the extensibility of matter-element in extenics theory. Based on the extenics theory,the method of requirement-function mapping process was proposed,which considers the characteristics of products and function and the descriptions unified in the functional matter-element system. According to the relationship implicated in the upper and lower functional characteristics of the system,the overall function description of the product can be accurately summarized with the combination of the knowledge of functional ontology. And the system can be used to modify the upper and lower functional characteristics,which can be more convenient to realize the functional characteristics of the product and reflect the real needs of users and the essential requirements of dynamic evolution.
