从核心专利技术的角度提出一种从根源上避开专利壁垒的规避设计流程.通过专利检索获取目标专利库,对目标专利库中的专利进行引证分析确定核心专利群,构建核心专利的系统结构树与功能树并建立模块-功能表确定规避范围,分析规避范围内的元件及其功能,确定元件的功能类型及功能等级,利用TRIZ工具解决问题得到新方案,并进行侵权判定;最后以汽车发动机活塞销压销装置为例验证该流程的可行性.
Design around process from the technology of core patents which could avoid patent barriers from the source was proposed. The target patent data was obtained by patent research, then the group of core patents was determined using citation analysis for the patent. The scope of patent design around was determined by establishing the system structure trees and function trees and building module-function table. Components and their functions were analyzed to determine function type and functional level of component, then a new program was obtained via TRIZ and infringement.
