Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Tiaozhou therapy combined with ovulation induction drug on treating anovulatory infertility due to kidney deficiency by tonifying the kidney and regulating the menstrual cycle. Methods ：30 patients with anovulatory infertility due to kidney deficiency were randomly included into either the control or treatment group. Patients in the control group were treated with clomiphene citrate （CC）and human chorionic gonadotropin （HCG）. Patients in the treatment group were treated with Bushen Tiaozhou therapy （meaning reinforcing the kidney to adjust the menstrual cycle）combined with ovulation induction drugs. Results ： The rate of successful pregnancy and the number of patients who restored two-way body temperature in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group（P 〈 0. 05 ）. And the patients＇ clinical symptoms improved significantly. Conclusion：Bushen Tiaozhou therapy combined with ovulation induction drugs presents significant therapeutic efficacy on anovulatory infertility due to kidney deficiency, which can evidently increase pregnancy rate and improve clinical symptoms.
