目的:观察通塞脉片(TSM)对大鼠动脉粥样硬化(AS)的治疗作用并探讨其作用机制。方法:通过饲喂高脂饲料加维生素D3建立大鼠AS模型,给予TSM治疗后,观察血管形态学、白细胞表面分化抗原40(CD40)、白细胞表面分化抗原40配体(CD40 Ligand,CD40L)在血管中表达以及血清中炎症因子C反应蛋白(CRP)变化。结果:TSM可以显著改善AS大鼠动脉形态学的改变,降低其血清中炎性因子CRP的含量:模型组(8.19±2.82)mg/L,辛伐他汀组(5.19±1.89)mg/L,TSM组高剂量(5.17±2.60)mg/L,低剂量(5.24±2.52)mg/L(P〈0.05),同时抑制血管中CD40、CD40L的表达(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。结论:TSM通过降低体内的炎症水平而达到治疗AS作用。
Objective: To examine the therapeutic effect of Tongsaimai Pills(TSM)on antiatherosclerosis(AS)and the mechanism involved.Methods: Athero-sclerosis model was established by feeding rats with high fat diet and VD3.After eight weeks of TSM administration,C-reactive protein(CRP) was measured.CD40 and CD40 Ligand(CD40L)were examined by immunohistochemistry.Morphological changes of aorta were observed under gross,light and electron microscopes.Results: Morphological changes in AS were altered by TSM.Serum CRP level and the expression of CD40 and CD40L C were decreased by TSM.Conclusion: TSM could alleviate AS and this may related to its effect on CD40 and CD40L.VEC was protected and proliferation of SMC was depressed and atherosclerotic plaque was stabilized by TSM.
