跨国并购对相关主体产生何种影响，是跨国并购盛行以来最受关注的问题之一。也是实证检验的主要对象。本文总结了现有文献对跨国并购之影响的研究方法、研究内容和研究结论。进而提出了今后对我国市场上的跨国并购问题进行实证研究的方向。

The impacts of cross-border mergers and acquisitions （CBMA） on the parties, which is the subject of experiential research, have been one of the great concerns since CBMA prevailed. This paper summarizes the research methodology, contents, and conclusions in the literature and points out the research directions of CBMA in Chinese market.
