在铜生产过程中,为了得到表面形貌好、纯度较高的阴极铜产品,需在电解液中加入少量添加剂。对国内外使用较为普遍的明胶、硫脲、氯离子、干酪素、硫酸钴、阿维同-A、聚丙烯酰胺等几种添加剂的作用机理,检测方法进行了分析梳理,针对其中存在的不足提出了使用建议。

The paper analyzes the mechanisms of action and detection methods of several additives widely used at home and abroad, such as gelatin, thiourea, chloride ion, casein, cobalt sulfate, acitretin, Avitone-A, polyaerylamide and so on, and gives the application suggestions to the existing shortcomings.
