合成并表征1种新型配体及配合物Na2EuLCl5·4H2O和Na2TbLCl5·4H2O.研究结果表明这2种配合物有较高的热稳定性,配体L性能优良.紫外可见吸收和Stern-Volmer分析显示牛血清白蛋白荧光的猝灭机制为静态猝灭.通过Van't Hoff方程计算出键合常数和键合位点数,并表明范德华力和氢键是BSA-complex形成的主要动力.
A novel ligand (L) and its corresponding complexes Na2 EuLCl5 · 4H2 O and Na2 TbLCl5 · 4H2 O ,were prepared and characterized .The thermogravimetric analysis shows the two complexes have good thermal stabilities with decomposition temperatures 373 and 385 ℃ ,respectively .The luminescence spectra showed that the ligand L was an efficient sensitizer for Eu(Ⅲ)and Tb(Ⅲ)luminescence .The UV‐vis absorbance and the Stern‐Volmer analysis indicate that the main quenching mechanism is a static quenching procedure .The binding constants ,binding site number at different temperatures were calculated by Van't Hoff equation ,w hich confirms that the Van der Waals and hydrogen bond interactions are mainly impulse to the formation of complexes BSA‐L coordination compound .
