为研究电解锰矿厂废弃矿渣烧制广场砖的抗压特性及其影响因素,采用黏性土壤、黏合剂、骨料与一定量的锰矿渣粉混合,压制成型后在马弗电炉中进行高温烧制;分析锰矿渣质量分数、含水率、成品模压强度、保温时间、配料组成等对成品抗压强度的影响.研究结果表明:在95目锰渣粉的质量分数小于25%、成型制砖毛坯含水量为16%~21%、成品模压强度大于46 MPa、成模保温时间为2h的条件下,采用复合配料方式制得的产品抗压强度最高.
To explore the compressive characteristics and influencing factors of the square bricks fired with waste manganese slag ,a mixture of cohesive soil ,binder ,aggregate and a certain amount of manga‐nese slag powder was moulded and fired in a muffle furnace .The manganese slag content ,moisture rate , compression strength ,heat preservation time ,ingredients influence of factors on the compressive strength of the finished product were then analyzed .The results show that the products with compound ingredients obtains the highest compressive strength under the following conditions :95 manganese slag powder is less than 25% ,moisture content of brick blank is 16% ~21% ,compression strength is higher than 46 M Pa ,and holding time is 2 h .
