微量润滑切削时,切削油雾的粒径分布与浓度等是衡量切削环境空气质量必不可少的特征变量,同时也是揭示微量润滑切削机理的重要参数。本文基于光衍射原理对油雾颗粒的体积分布等进行测量,深入分析了微量润滑条件下切削油雾的雾化特性,揭示了微量润滑系统各参数如润滑油用量、供气压力、喷射靶距及润滑油黏度等对油雾颗粒体积分布的影响规律,为后继微量润滑切削环境空气质量与冷却润滑效果的综合控制提供了必要的数据支持。
When using Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL) cutting, cutting oil mist concentration and size distribution are cutting essential characteristic variables of measuring the ambient air quality. And they are important parameters of revealing MQL cutting mechanism. Based on the principle of light diffraction, the particle size distribution of oil mist of MQL is measured and deeply analysed. The influencing laws of particle size distribution of oil mist are also revealed, when the MQL system parameters such as the amount of oil, gas pressure, jettarget distance and oil viscosity are changed . And it can provide the necessary data to support for integrated control of the cutting ambient air quality of MQL cutting and the cooling and lubricating effects.
