通过高速摩擦机进行了硬质合金-镍基高温合金摩擦磨损试验。结果表明,摩擦系数随摩擦行程的增加逐步增加.同时摩擦系数的波动也变大;硬质合金的摩擦磨损区有较严重的磨粒、粘结和裂纹存在;镍基高温合金的摩擦磨损区有较为明显的磨痕,但是粘结不太明显。
The carbide-nickel-based superalloy friction and wear test of nickel-based superalloy were carried out on high-speed friction machine device. The results show that the coefficient of friction increases gradually with the increase in the friction of travel, while the fluctuation of the coefficient of fi'iction becomes large. The friction wear area of carbide expresses more serious abrasive, bonded and crack, while the friction wear area of the superalloy expresses obvious wear scar.
