基于现阶段我国大力提倡循环经济、绿色经济增长模式背景，通过分解经济增长质量指数的结构，突破以往经济增长质量评价研究建立在传统经济增长模式下的不足，将循环经济、绿色经济思想引入经济增长质量评价研究中．构建经济增长质量指数结构与经济增长模式转型关系图以及能够反映新的经济增长模式的经济增长质量评价指标体系。以1995—2006年为例，测评经济增长质量总指数及其分指数，据此判断我国经济增长质量的状况及增长模式的进程。以期为我国经济增长模式转型研究提供一个实证分析框架。

英文摘要：

Based on the context of promoting circular economy and green economy introduce the circular economy and green economy theory into economic growth growth model, this paper tries to quality evaluation study through discomposing the structure of economic growth quality index, and to construct a relation diagram about index struc- ture of economic growth and economic growth mode transformation, and establish the economic growth quality evalu- ation index system which can reflect the new economic growth model. Furthermore, take the data from 1995 to 2006 for example, it evaluates the total index of economic growth quality and its sub-index, judges the process of China＇s economic growth model, and provides a framework of empirical analysis on China＇ s economic growth mode.
