英文摘要：

This paper uses data envelopment analysis （DEA）to quantitatively estimate and analyze China＇ s provincial energy efficiency and energy input redundancy. The result shows that China＇s energy efficiency decreases from the east to the west gradually and region＇s energy efficiency has an obvious difference between provinces, that is to say, highest in the east, higher in the middle and lowest in the west. Meanwhile the paper analyzes the effect of different region＇s economic structure on its energy efficiency.
