针对直觉语言信息的多准则决策问题,定义了直觉二元语言数的概念及其运算法则,以及直觉二元语言数的期望值和精确值,提出直觉二元语言和(IBLS)算子与直觉二元语言加权平均(IBLWA)算子,并讨论了IBLWA算子的相关性质。基于直觉二元语言和算子和加权平均算子,提出一种准则权重已知且准则值为直觉语言信息的多准则决策方法,并通过算例说明该方法的有效性。
For multi-criteria decision making problems with intuitionistic linguistic information, the concept of intuitionistic binary linguistic numbers (IBLNs) and its operational laws, the expected value and the accuracy value are defined. Moreover, the intuitionistic binary linguistic sum(IBLS) operator and the intuitionistic binary linguistic weighted averaging (IBLWA) operator are proposed, and some properties of the IBLWA operator are discussed. Based on the IBLS and IBLWA opera- tors, a multi-criteria decision making known and the criteria values are intuiti the effectiveness of this method. approach is put forward, in which the criteria weights are onistic linguistic information. An example is given to illustratethe effectiveness of this method.
