关节式坐标测量机力平衡部件结构和参数配置直接影响测量机的测量精度和平衡效果。使用弯曲压簧式平衡部件实现一种6自由度(6DOF)关节式坐标测量机的平衡。通过MATLAB软件对压簧结构参数进行分析,建立关键参数与平衡效果之间的关系,为弯曲压簧式平衡部件的设计提供了理论依据;利用ANSYS软件对弯曲压簧进行仿真受力分析,优化弯曲压簧平衡部件,并通过实验进行检验。实验结果表明,利用弯曲压簧可以实现关节式坐标测量机的平衡。
The measurement accuracy and force balance of articulated coordinate measuring machine (ACMM) are directly affected by the structural design and parameters configuration of force balance part. The bending compression spring is applied in materializing the force balance of ACMM. The structure parameter of the bending compression spring is analyzed through MATLAB software, the relationship between the key parameters and the effect of force balance provides theory basis for designing the bending compression spring. Meanwhile, the bending compression spring is optimized by using ANSYS software for its stress simulation. The simulation and experiment results demonstrate that the good effect of force balance for ACMM can be achieved by the proposed bending compression spring.
