针对被测物和环境光的多样性对激光扫描测头的测量精度造成的影响,提出一种基于图像质量评价和光条成像质量评价的自适应调整方法。该方法基于图像归一化照度对图像质量进行评价,依据评价结果对摄像机参量进行调整;基于光条横截面归一化高斯模型对光条质量评价,依据评价结果调整激光光强。通过试验,分别得出了图像质量和光条质量评价标准,为实现激光扫描测头的自适应调整提供了一种方法。
An adaptive adjustment method based on image quality assessment and light stripe quality assessment is proposed according to the measuring accuracy of laser scanning probe which is affected by target object and diversity of environmental light. This method is divided into two parts: camera parameters adjustment and laser intensity adjustment. Camera parameters adjustment is based the image quality evaluated by image normalizing illuminance. The laser intensity adjustment is based on the light stripe quality which is evaluated by a normalization of light stripe cross section Gaussian model.And an evaluation standard of image quality and light stripe quality by experiment method is proposed to provide guidance for the adaptive adjustment of laser scanning probe.
