选用云南省和浙江省近期育成的γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)和抗性淀粉(RS)含量差异较大的水稻品种(系)21个,在云南省新平县相同栽培条件下种植,比较研究其产量、GABA和RS含量差异,并对三者间相关性进行分析。结果表明,供试21个品种(系)产量的平均值为8011.9kg/hm^2,变化幅度为1300.5~11430.0kg/hm^2,其中以W229最低,文稻1号/IR36最高。以滇农S—1/滇靖8号、文稻1号/11136和文稻2号/IR36三个品种(系)GABA含量最高;GABA平均含量各部位依次为皮胚(20.41mg/100g)〉颖壳(5.41m异/100g)〉糙米(5.39mg/10%)〉精米(3.08mg/100g)。精米的RS含量的平均值为1.39%,其中滇屯502/双籼稻最低,RS21最高。颖壳、皮胚、精米的GABA呈偏态分布趋势,而糙米的GABA、精米的抗性淀粉大致呈正态分布趋势,GABA-9RS在品种间的变异系数较大。水稻籽粒中不同部位GABA仅与产量构成因素有关,而与抗性淀粉并无密切联系。
21 rice eultivars(lines) lately bred from Yunnan, Zhejiang ,which were planted in the same culture conditions at Xinping county , were used to analyze the difference and correlation of grain yield, γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA) and resistant starch (RS) content. The results showed that: grain yield ranged from 1300.5 kg/hm^2 to 11430.0 kg/hm^2 , with an average of 8011.9 kg/hm^2 , the lowest and highest yields were from W229 and Wendao 1/IR36 respectively, and the maximum GABA content is from DiannongS-1/Dianjing8, Wendaol/IR36 and Wendao2/IR36 in 21 rice cultivars. The mean GABA content in every part before germination was ranked by rice germ(20.41 mg/ 100g) 〉 rice husk(5.41 mg/100g) 〉 brown rice(5.39 mg/100g) 〉 polished rice(3.08 mg/100g). The mean resistant starch of polished rice was 1. 39%, and the lowest and highest resistant starch(RS) eonten were from Diantun 502/Shuang xiangdao and RS 21, respectively. The γ-Aminobutyric acid contents for rice husk, rice germ, polished rice showed skewness distribution and GABA of brown rice, resistant starch for polished rice showed roughly normal distribution with larger coefficient of variation. No significant correlation was observed between GABA and RS, while GABA content was significantly and positively related to yield components.
