模拟高炉喷吹含氢煤气条件下炉料的变化过程,结果表明,炉料的低温还原粉化率随氢含量增加而增加。随着温度的升高炉料的低温还原粉化率降低。氢含量升高有利于铁氧化物的还原、CO的析碳,温度为900℃时氢对还原矿的碳含量无影响。氢含量升高,焦炭的反应后强度大幅度降低。
Reduction and transformation of solid charge in blast furnace with gas injection was studied by simulation. The results are: When the H2 content in mixed gas increases, the RDI of solid charge increases ; the RDI of solid charge decreases with the increase of reaction temperature; high H2 content is advantageous for reduction of ferrous oxides and CO decomposition; H2 content has no influence on carbon content of reduced ore at 900℃;the strength of coke after reaction decreases sharply with the H2 content in mixed gas.
