喷吹煤气后高炉热平衡

针对高炉富氧喷吹煤气的新工艺,进行了热平衡和物料平衡计算。通过分析研究得到:当富氧率为10%,喷吹600m^3tFe时,与唐钢1#高炉相比,新工艺的焦比可降低约40%左右。同时炉内还原气氛强、冶炼强度高、能耗少、炉顶煤气热值高,风口理论燃烧温度可进行灵活的调节,高炉上下部热量可达到均衡的分配等特点,彻底消除了喷吹煤粉给高炉冶炼带来的负面影响。高炉富氧喷吹煤气具有十分诱人的开发应用前景。

英文摘要:

The heat balance has been calculated according to the new process of enriched oxygen and gas-injection. The analysed results reveal that when the rate of enriched oxygen is up to 10% and injection of 600m^3/tFe coal gas,it can decrease coke ratio to about 40% ,compared with the Tang Gang 1# blast furnace. It has advangtaes such as strong re/luctive atmosphere in stack,high rate of production and lower coke ratio, little energy consumption. The top gas bas higher heat value and so on. The enriched oxygen and coal gas-injection process can regulate the theoritical combustion temperature and the heat distribution,thus heat distribution from bottom to top in the blast furnace can attain uniform. The new process has been removed negative influences of the coal powder injection to the blast funace; It has very captivating development and application foreground.
