为了研究高炉喷吹煤气后煤气成分对高炉低温区炉料粉化性质的影响,对炉料低温还原粉化与煤气成分和还原温度的关系进行了研究。研究结果表明:还原温度是影响炉料低温还原粉化的主要因素,在500℃时粉化最为严重;在500-900℃,炉料粉化率随温度升高而降低;在900℃时炉料的低温还原粉化基本结束。相同温度条件下,炉料的低温还原粉化率随煤气中H2含量的增加而增加,随CO2含量的增加而减少;烧结矿的低温还原粉化率较大,球团.矿和块矿较小。
The influence of temperature and hydrogen on low temperature reduction pulverization of charge has been researched to determine the relationship between gas composition and low temperaure reduction pulverization of charge after gas injection from tuyeres. The results reveal temperature is the principal factor on influencing low temperature reduction pulverization of charge, the pulverization ratio reach the maximum at 500℃, and it decreases with temperature increasing at 500℃ - 900℃ ,pulverization of charge is finished at 900℃. At the same temperaure,pulverization ratio increases with increasing of H2 content in gas, decreases with increasing of CO2 content in gas;and pulverization ratio of sinter is higher than that of pellet and crude iron ore.
