该文提出了一种用于四开关三相(four-switch threephase,FSTP)无刷直流(brushless DC,BLDC)电机的两有效矢量调制(two-effective—vector modulation,TEVM)电流控制策略。FSTP逆变器具有开关数量少、开关损耗小、成本低等优点。但是由于电机C相绕组端点直接与直流母线中点相连,如果采用传统的双极开关调制方法,在模式Ⅰ和Ⅳ下,C相反电动势会使C相绕组与其他两相绕组之间产生环流,从而导致三相电流畸变。为了抑制反电动势对电流的影响,在传统双极开关调制方法的基础上,TEVM电流控制策略通过在每一个开关周期中插入一个调节矢量,控制C相电流平均值收敛于0。该文通过构造李雅普诺夫(Lyapunov)函数证明了TEVM电流控制策略的稳定性,进一步利用2种不同的方法计算得到调节矢量的占空比。实验结果表明,TEVM电流控制策略能够抑制电流畸变现象,控制三相电流为方波,使输出电流具有较好的动态响应和稳态性能,因此该策略能够实现低成本、高性能的BLDC电机控制。
This paper proposed a two-effective-vector modulation (TEVM) current control scheme for brushless DC (BLDC) motors with low-cost four-switch three-phase (FSTP) inverters. The FSTP inverter has some advantages such as reduced switches, decreased switching losses and lower cost. However, since the terminal of the phase C winding was directly connected to the mid-point of split capacities of the DC-link, affected by the back-EMF of phase C, the current flowed between phase C and the other two phases and three-phase currents distorted in Modes I and IV with the conventional bi-polar switching modulation method. In the two modes, with the proposed TEVM scheme, the effect of the phase C back-EMF on currents was restrained by adding one adjusting vector in each control period on the basis of the conventional bipolar switching modulation, so the mean value of the phase C current was controlled to be zero. The stability of the proposed TEVM scheme was demonstrated by selecting a candidate Lyapunov function, and two methods were employed to calculate the duty cycle of adjusting vectors. Experimental results verify that the proposed TEVM current control scheme can reduce the distortion of currents and control three-phase currents to maintain square waves, and provide good dynamic response and stability, so as to achieve cost-effective and excellent performances of the BLDC motor drive.
