多单元永磁同步电动机以其良好的容错能力,较低的单元驱动器容量等优点非常适合应用在低速大功率场合.普通三相电动机的控制策略也可以直接应用在这种电动机上.值得注意的是这种多单元集中绕组永磁同步电动机的电感参数与普通三相永磁同步电动机不同,各相之间的互感是不对称的.针对多单元集中绕组永磁同步电动机的电感参数,提出了一种解析计算方法.该方法首先利用绕组函数法得到磁路中各绕组产生磁动势的方向,再建立电动机的磁路模型,通过磁路模型求解各相绕组的自感和互感.最后通过将解析计算的电感与有限元法计算的结果对比,验证了该方法的有效性.
To be suited for low speed high power application,a multi-unit topology permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)was proposed to be used in superpower electric propulsion since it offers comparatively high output power,good fault-tolerant ability,and requires comparatively low single driver output power.The traditional three-phase control strategy can be simplified and used in this kind of motor.The inductance components of the multi-unit PMSM with concentrated coil fractional pitch double layer windings are different from the traditional three phase PMSM.The mutual inductances of the different phases are also not the same.This paper presents an analytical model for calculating the self inductance and mutual inductance components of multi-unit topology PMSM by first using winding function method to obtain the winding configuration and by setting up an armature reaction flux model to present the magnetic flux circuits of the motor,with the circuit theory.From the magnetic flux circuits,the self inductances and the mutual inductances of the multi-unit PMSM can be determined.A comparison of the analytical calculating results with FEM calculations show that the analytical calculation model is validated.
