2008年"农超对接"实施以来,整体发展态势良好,但连锁超市鲜活农产品的自营比例仍然不高。文章对于"超市+专业合作社+农户"这种主要的农超对接模式,以果蔬类鲜活农产品为例,从模块化理论的视角,提出了"超市制造"的概念并构建其模块化生产网络:超市制定标准,筛选专业合作社,专业合作社再筛选农户进行生产。超市对专业合作社的激励机制是产能蓄存和基地升级。最后提出了提高农户的组织化、规模化和协调超市标准等建议。
The direct link between farmers and supermarkets (or farmer-supermarket docking) has developed in a good con- dition since 2008. However, the self-employed proportion is not high for fresh farm products in chain supermarkets. As to the main mode "supermarket + professional cooperatives + farmers" in farmer-supermarket link, taking fruit and vegetable farm prod- ucts for example, this paper puts forward the new concept " Made-in-Supermarkets" and builds its modular production network from the perspective of modular theory. The supermarket sets the standards and selects professional cooperatives, which choose farmers for production, with the incentive mechanism of capacity storing and base upgrading. Finally, this paper suggests that farmers should be well-organized on a large scale, and the standards in supermarket should be coordinated, etc.
