随着垂直专业化产业内分工的深入，外包成为一种重要的企业跨国生产组织方式，并对全球经济产生了广泛而深远的影响。本文在界定外包概念的基础上，重点对企业决策动因和外包经济效应两个方面的理论和实证文献进行了综述。关于企业决策动因的研究主要从推动外包的发包国因素和吸引外包的接包国因素两个不同的视角展开。最后，本文对现有的研究加以评价并提出未来研究的展望。

英文摘要：

With the development of vertical specialization and fragment within industry in-depth, outsourcing has become one kind of important multinational organization of production for enterprise, and has a far-reaching influence on global econo- my. Based on the definition of outsourcing, we review the theoretical and empirical literature on two aspects： enterprise deci- sion motivation and economic effects of outsourcing. Researching on enterprise decision motivation concludes two different points： the contract country factors and the host country factors. Finally, this paper appraises the existing research and puts forward the prospects for future.
