本文利用行业数据、国家数据以及贸易数据对我国制造业外包的影响因素进行了实证分析。研究结果表明：我国的制造业外包会受到行业特征因素、国家特征因素、以及国家间关系特征因素的影响，且更倾向于将资本密集型环节的生产外包出去；对于资本及技术密集型行业而言，整体行业外包水平虽高，但更倾向于劳动密集型环节的外包；此外，在进行国剐选择时会选择市场厚度较大的国家进行生产以节约搜寻成本。最后，本文结合研究结论提出相关政策建议。

英文摘要：

Based on the data of the industry, China and the trade, this paper analyzes empirically China＇ s manufacturing out- sourcing and its influencing factors. The study results indicate that the Chinese manufacturing outsourcing is influenced by the in- dustry characteristic factor, the national characteristic factor and the inter - state relation characteristic factor, and it is more in- volved in capital - intensive tasks. On the other hand, though the capital and technology intensive industry have a high level of outsourcing, they are more inclined to outsource labor - intensive tasks. In addition, the states with the thicker market will be se- lected for the production to save the search cost. Finally, the paper put forward some suggestions on relevant policies based on these study results.
