分别从位于云浮硫铁矿3个不同台阶的5个爆破区域进行矿石分类取样,将收集到的75个矿石样品与粉状乳化炸药混合均匀后放入HHS-4型电热恒温水浴锅中进行接触反应实验,根据接触反应程度判断各种因素对粉状乳化炸药发生自爆的影响。研究结果表明:粉状乳化炸药的自爆与炮孔的温度有关,温度升高,炸药发生自爆的可能性增加,当温度〉50℃时,必须采取相应的措施防止粉状乳化炸药自爆;在弱碱性矿石条件下,粉状乳化炸药的自爆还与矿石的pH有关,在同等条件下,矿样的pH高,炸药发生自爆的可能性高;粉状乳化炸药发生自爆的可能性与矿石的品位无关。
75 ore samples were collected in five blasting areas in three different benches in Yunfu pyrite.All of them were well-mixed with powdery emulsion explosive,and put into the HHS-4 type electro-thermostatic water bath to conduct the contact reaction experiments.The relationship between self-ignition and self-initiation of explosives and various actors were obtained based on the extent of contact reaction.The experimental results show that the self-initiation of powdery emulsion explosives relates to the temperature of blast hole,and the possibility of the self-initiation of explosives increases as the temperature increases,but when the temperature surpass 50℃,the corresponding measures must to be utilized to prevent the self-initiation of powdery emulsion explosives.The self-initiation of powdery emulsion explosives also relates to the pH of ore sample,and the higher pH of ore samples,the higher possibility of explosives self-initiation. The possibility of explosives self-initiation doesn’t relate to the grade of ore sample.
